I want to give a special shout out to the people in Brazil. “Buenos Dias A Todos, Un Saludo Especial A Brazilza. Que Tienen Todos Un Especial Dia.”
Life is remarkable and I try to remember that everyday. I usually try to do an invaluable exercise for 5 minutes that helps tremendously to bring stress level down and refocus. It’s part of the meditation that I usually take twenty to thirty minutes of my day to refocus.
Yesterday, under the category “A Past” I wrote “What Remains To Be Said, Part III” I didn’t finished it, it was only half completed. So I will finish that today start with Part IV.
“What Remains To Be Said, Part I”
“What Remains To Be Said Part II”
“What Remains To Be Said Part III”
Today, I’ll have to remind myself to live in the moment, in the day, and in the present. That does take practice and when your joggling more than you should that’s when we start to feel the pressure.
Thank you so much readers for reading at natswritings.com Something is in the works to extend this magazine site.

Do you prefer mountains or beaches ?
How cool is this ? I lived in Paraguay for two years and can vouch for part of it
Mountains! a nice drive up the ski basin and then a walk through the terrain. Yes, that sounds mighty fine.
