In the midnight sand
To the gloaming
Of your desire
And it felt like no other
In rapture of the deepest kind
Good day readers! I hope everyone is having a great Wednesday . It’s a good day for me. I feel quite comfortable in my own skin. Looking forward to my morning run.
In case you missed it, I wrote a piece titled “What Remains To Be Said“. I won’t go into much detail, but it’s a story of a woman and her son and myself and my son. The parallels of our lives. I enjoyed writing it and I hope you will get a chance to read it.
As they say, “Everything is up to snuff.” I couldn’t complain in a day like today.
Have a wonderful day. I promised myself I would remain in the present throughout the day, thinking of nothing else. But that’s hard to do unless your very busy in the present. That’s the secret, when our thoughts go beyond this precious moment we’re not enjoying the present. I take deep breaths looking at my surroundings and here in Santa Fe they call it, “The Land of Enchantment.” The skies are incredible. The mountains surrounds Santa Fe and the clouds are heavenly. Make it a daily ritual. Take the time to simplify your life. Breathe and live in the moment. ~ Natalie
