Something mellow in tone and pitch; to reminisce. An evening color in a moment of silence and peace. Oh the deep blue sea. ~ Natalie
Good day Natswritings readers, I hope everyone is doing well on a Friday afternoon, almost a Saturday on the other side of the world.
It’s almost Thanksgiving, the day we get to show our appreciation for the life we were magically blessed with. So much to look forward to with the upcoming holidays and I know that sometimes holidays put that extra pressure on us as well. I remember thinking well this day should go like this and then when the holiday came, if it fell short of my expectations I was disappointed.
The older you get, the more you seek for ‘Less is more’. I just want those of you who are having a difficult and challenging time to know that you are not alone. And there isn’t anything wrong with you. Sometimes we become our harshest critics. Celebrate your spirit, YOUR life, in this one precious day. You are worth everything you dreamed of and hoped for.
I hope you’re enjoying the Twitter timelines I’ve posted. It’s another creative way of presenting to you so much that is happening across the world.
I hope you enjoyed the movie review “By The Sea” starring Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. In the movie, this couple’s life is enormously complicated; each as individuals and then of course as a married couple. I think as individuals, we often times lose ourselves in a relationship or marriage. That usually happens when one individual is having a difficult time trying to find their purpose in life. But then again we shouldn’t have to be that complicated; but we are if we’re honest. There are people that are not that complicated and I always have admired them.
Again, I just want to wish a happy day. Here’s an invaluable exercise I try to do as often as I can.
