To The American People A Call For Action: As a nation today, we are fighting against Hillary Clinton’s behemoth entourage of a criminal enterprise:

The Clinton Foundation was based on a whole career of premeditation and criminal intention against federal laws, rules, and regulations. The legal precedent and unprecedented totality of this criminal case can be addressed by the law regardless if the President and his administration including the Attorney General and the FBI Director continue to protect Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. All of these crimes were in violation of the rules, regulations and laws under the Espionage Act 793f and in violation of the Charity Fraud Solicitation Law.

Currently President Obama is out of sight while the country is running on auto pilot and the mainstream media is hell bent on protecting “The Criminal” of criminals. Everyone is scrambling about not taking the bull by its horns. So much is being exposed about the Clintons on a weekly basis and their illegal money-laundering and influence peddling schemes pretending to be a charity from the day the Clinton Foundation was founded in 1997.

Out of sight and out of mind? Not in this criminal case anytime soon until we act. President Obama is purposely staying out of sight to avoid a press conference for the very same reason Hillary Clinton has continued to avoid a press conference for the last 301 days. How does the current President of the United States and a Democratic Presidential nominee hold office and run a campaign without press conferences? Apparently President Obama and Hillary Clinton are showing us how.

I believe there are “pay for play” corrupted schemes that are depending on Hillary Clinton being elected as President to execute and put the American people in harms way. These foreign donors whose primary influence is to bribe and strategically place themselves as the backdoor influence in conjunction with Hillary Clinton’s egregious criminal mind affecting and degrading foreign policies with corruption to overthrow dictatorships and provide military arms to foreign adversaries.

If we the American people can prod, push, and insist that those in government act, we can make the crucial difference. We can help to prove that no one, not even a candidate for U.S. President is “above the law”.

It is important that we ask the New York State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman to look at all the information publicly accessible about the Clinton Foundation including that at http://www.charlesortel.com and we start the ball rolling. The Charities Bureau under the NY Attorney General’s office has jurisdiction to investigate complaints that involve 1) wrongdoing by such organizations; 2) fraudulent or misleading solicitation and improper expenditure of money for charitable purposes; and 3) improper activities of executors, administrators, trustees and personal representatives responsible for honoring gifts or bequests to a charity. Even banks were alarmed and brought to the attention of the FBI when very large amounts of money were being deposited into the Clinton Foundation; $1, $5, $25 million and those 1,100 foreign donors that contributed more; it is now estimated $100 billion in foreign donations. As we know and have witnessed no action was taken, pursued, or brought to justice by the FBI. We cannot trust the FBI, the US Attorney General, nor the State Department and the President of the United States for obvious reasons.

We the American people are asking for New York State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman to take action on behalf of this nation’s national security.
