Now why hadn’t we heard about these cute tiny creatures before?
Honduran white bats meet the Ectophylla albas (fancy scientific name). These tiny bats may be the cutest rainforest animal. These furry little creatures can be found in the lowland rainforests of Central America. They find shelter under the leaves of Heliconia plants. They can grow up to 1 to 2 inches tall. They nest together in packs of six. They also have a snout like a little piglet.
But don’t worry, these cute creatures will not suck your blood out because they’re vegetarian. Now take a look at the video for yourself.
