Monday’s shooting in Houston, Texas has taken place just after last Friday’s mall shooting in Burlington, WA on September 23, 2016.
This time a disgruntled professional lawyer shot 9 people. Six people were hospitalized with gunshot wounds following the shooting. One person is in critical condition and another is in serious condition. Three others had minor injuries due to broken glass.
The shooting started at 6:30 am and the suspect parked his black Porche near a tree the suspect used as cover.
As soon as police officers arrived at the scene there was a shootout with the suspect. Police officers shot and killed the suspect to prevent him from shooting and injuring more innocent lives.
The suspect’s name was released by KRPC, Nathan Desai, 46 was reported to be the owner of the Porsche nearby the scene and contained several weapons inside the car.
Alarming, police authorities found on the shooter and in his car a .45 caliber handgun, a .45 caliber Tommy gun and roughly 2,600 rounds of ammunition.
Witnesses said that they heard at least 50 gunshots over the course of 40 minutes and the shooter would open fire at cars as they came near The Oaks condo complex where Desai lived.
