Natalie’s Commentary: White House on Reports of China’s Hypersonic Missile Test.
China is testing a new weapon, a Hypersonic Missile that could get around the missile defense systems that we have spent decades building. This would mean the detection of such a missile would be significant enough inorder for the United States to counter China’s attack. This is a huge cutting edge development in the Hypersonic Test Missile. There is the possibility of satellite intelligence that could detect once a missile of this capability is launched but the United States has to increase it’s defense budget to build defense intelligence systems to detect such a missile including a Hypersonic Missile to defend the United States national security. The hypersonic missile flies low to the ground and flies five times faster than the speed of sound. The hypersonic missile can be driven and change directions to evade an oncoming missile to stop it. China is intending to build 100 hypersonic missile silos. Why so many? To defend itself from multiple countries in a perilous situation of World War III. The mock 5 means these missile’s speed is two miles per second. You have to think about how fast that speed is.
My question to Jen Psaki, Considering General Milley confirmed to Congress he did place a call to China saying he would warn them if the US made an attempt to attack China first? How protected are we if we have to detect a hypersonic missile launch through satellite intelligence to protect ourselves first and foremost and will General Milley contact General Lee in China first and seriously affect our national security?
During Psaki’s Press Conference she responded with the following: “I know Secretary General Austin was asked this question this morning and addressed it, but I’m not going to comment on the specific report. I can say and echo what he said. Which is generally speaking we’ve made it clear we are concerned about the military capabilities of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and continue to pursue and have been consistent with our approach to China. Then Psaki started babbling to try and answer such a technical national security question. “We welcome stiff competition between us. we do not want the competition we do not want this to lead into conflict and that is certainly what we can do privately as well.”
After Biden, Secretary Of Defense Lloyd Austin, General Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley and General MacKenzie lied to Congress repeatedly for causing the debacle in Afghanistan and allowing 13 military service members get killed and killing nine people including seven children. The confidence of the American people has been lost due to this administration’s inability to run this country effectively.
