Ex-Russian Spy Sergei Skripal and Daughter Were Poisoned ~ Pressure on UK To Act and Investigate
The BBC News reported, that in a frightening turn of events for ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter had fled from Russia to the UK for their safety. Once there, I’m sure they breathed a sigh of relief but someone was watching his daily activities and where he and his daughter often ate at.
Is it poisoning? ☠ Up to 500 Salisbury pub-goers and diners were told to wash possessions as a precautionary measure after nerve agent traces were found to poison ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter that were found on and around a table where the pair ate at the Mill Pub & Zizzi restaurant.
Sergei Skripal, 66, and his 33-year-old daughter Yulia were found March 4, unconscious on a bench in a shopping mall in Salisbury, about 90 miles west of London.
Sergei Skripal and daughter are in critical but stable condition, officials said at a press conference Sunday, after they allegedly were poisoned by a nerve agent.
Officials still are investigating how the nerve agent was administered, and lawmakers are probing a possible Kremlin link to the incident.
While authorities have not yet determined the Kremlin link, Keir Giles, the director of the Conflict Studies Research Center in Cambridge, England, told the Associated Press that he “would be surprised if this were not linked back to Russia in some direct way.” Read More
With the much anticipated meeting between President Trump and North Korean Leader Kim Jong-Un, as a precautionary measure the President should take necessary steps to avoid being poisoned and bring his own water and diet coke. Not that Kim Jong-Un would attempt to do such a thing but other adversary countries might try to foil the meeting of the minds. ~ Natalie
