A bombshell analysis has been announced confirming the speculation in our minds. The ambiguity, questions, not trusting Hillary Clinton who continues to run for President of the United States as the evidence is mounting against her campaign.
The Clinton Foundation is at the top and root of all the deal making with donors in a pay for play criminal enterprise. This is a huge infiltration of deceit and dishonesty within our federal government and current administration.
In order to understand what is going on with Hillary and Bill Clinton’s Foundation you must first find the evidence, analyze it, digest it and then make your references and the charges the FBI will most likely address and bring to justice. It should be noted that the FBI is still involved in the ongoing investigation regarding the Clinton Foundation.
The Republican Nominee Donald Trump said, “Hillary Clinton turned the State Department into her private Hedge fund. The Russians, the Saudi’s, the Chinese all gave money to Bill and Hillary Clinton for favorable treatment in return. It’s a sad day in America when foreign governments with deep pockets have more influence in our own country than our great citizens.” A straight forward statement from Mr. Trump regarding the Clinton Foundation now involving more than a conflict of interest. This is a serious matter with serious charges.
On Fox Business News Judge Andrew Napolitano said the following:
“There are two criminal FBI investigations regarding Hillary Clinton. First, the secret servers in her house with the email scandal because it involves the alleged failure to protect national security secrets. Second, to what Donald Trump said, a team of FBI agents looking at allegations of public corruption. If I may amplify what Donald Trump said, I would refine it slightly, I wouldn’t call it a hedge fund, I would call it a slush fund, which obviously is worse (a slush fund is a sum of money used for illicit or corrupt political purposes; buying influence for money).”
“The allegations are that she exercised the sovereign power as Secretary of State given to her under the statutes, so as to benefit her and her husband’s pocket book, by doing favors for foreign governments and foreign countries and then receiving from those persons and countries a substantial amount of money. I’m talking about hundred’s of millions of dollars in contributions to the Clinton Foundation/Slush Fund. It is illegal if her decisions as Secretary of State were influenced by her knowledge or the high probability of her knowledge that the contribution would be coming. This is exactly what the FBI is looking at. The most extreme example involves her husband’s friend Frank Giustra, a Canadian who asked Mrs. Clinton as a foreigner for permission to own shares in a uranium mine in Utah. Secretary of State has the permission and she granted the permission to Frank Giustra, he sold his 80% shares to Vladimir Putin, a sovereign entity owned by the Russian government. The Russians now own this Uranium mine in Utah. Frank Giustra then gave 145 million dollars from the proceeds to the Clinton Foundation. Now you’re raising your eyebrows, anybody’s eye brows would be raised listening to this. This is one of the most extreme examples of this. (uranium is one of the elements used in nuclear bombs ©Natalie Keshing) There are many others. This is perhaps one of the most incendiary of them. How can she possibly explain that or justify that kind of judgement and behavior.”
Trump’s argument is “This is the kind of mentality that is putting herself in the White House.” Do we want this same corrupt mentality as President that we had as Secretary of State? The FBI has a different team of assistant US Attorneys; a different team of FBI agents. The FBI is divided by specialty, they have a team that investigates public corruption or corruption of public officials. A team that investigates breaches of national security. The FBI team would have access to these emails and other written records of the transactions involving Mr. Frank Giustra and the Clinton Foundation. I do not know if the FBI has subpoenaed it. In order to subpoenaed it a grand jury must be summoned. Now if a grand jury is sitting and issuing subpoenas they have kept if very quiet that we haven’t heard a peep about it. You are probably familiar with the incredible financial work of a brilliant Wall Street Financial Analyst Mr. Charles Ortel. Mr. Ortel has supplied the FBI with a lot of these kinds of materials which the FBI has accepted and is investigating. The Ortel report has a lot of other deficiencies in money raised in name of charities that weren’t legitimate, money missing, it’s a lot for the FBI to get around. It is the intersection of law enforcement, politics, money and the Presidency.”
As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was privy to all foreign humanitarian information. Privy to foreign legislation, foreign sovereigns, foreign governments and their dignitaries. Hillary Clinton used this information for her and Bill Clinton to strategically place themselves in the middle of lucrative deals between the Oligarchs from Africa like Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame who has been praised highly by the Bill Clinton Foundation. But President Paul Kagame has a terrible human rights record adding to this rich executives of large companies who wanted to take advantage of other people’s natural resources (as in Africa’s rich mineral deposits) or in the case of the large earthquake in Haiti. Bill and Hillary Clinton advertised and asked for donations to send to the Clinton Foundation for the people of Haiti who needed food, water, supplies, medical help, etc. Mark Halperin Co-Managing Editor of Bloomberg Politics said, “It’s extraordinarily serious. Imagine if an assistant Secretary of State had done what Hillary Clinton that we know that Hillary Clinton did, they would be out of the State Department. There were government actions taken and Hillary Clinton abused her power to continue to feed the Clinton Foundation machine.
A perfect example of this is Ambassador Joe Wilson who is a long time friend of the Clintons. He endorsed Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Presidential Election. And it was also thought he might become a senior official in Hillary Clinton State Department. But the fact of the matter is Wilson was up to something far more nefarious during Hillary Clintons tenure as Secretary of State. In 2009, shortly after Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State when Wilson was the Vice-Chairman of a company called Jarch Capital they took out a 50 year lease on four hundred thousand hectares (unit of land equal to 100 acres) in South Sudan. South Sudan was in the middle of a civil war and this lease was actually signed with warlords who were involved in the civil war. These individuals who were engaged in a massive human rights violations including the massacre of opponent tribes. Basically what Joe Wilson was engaged in, was something called investing in sovereignty changes. They were basically cutting deals, lucrative deals worth potentially hundreds of millions of dollars with these warlords and the expectation was simple, these warlords would take power, then they would give them access to these lands, where they could make huge amounts of money exploring for natural gas, exploring for oil, and mineral rights. Ambassador Joe Wilson isn’t the only Clinton friend and foundation donor who was working in war torn countries.
