Clinton’s Top Aide Cheryl Mills Answers More Questions Under Oath; Reveal She and Pagliano Were Concerned that Guccifer Hack of Blumenthal’s Emails Could Compromise Clinton’s Unsecured Email System

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released the responses by former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills to Judicial Watch interrogatories, revealing that shortly after “Guccifer” hacked the email account of long-time Clinton advisor Sidney Blumenthal, Mills and former State Department IT official Bryan Pagliano discussed the danger of Guccifer’s actions compromising Clinton’s unsecure non-state.gov email system:
I recall having conversations with Bryan Pagliano, which I believe were by telephone…in or around March 2013, when the email account of Sidney Blumenthal was compromised by a hacker known as Guccifer. As I recall, these discussions involved whether this event might affect Secretary Clinton’s email …
“Mills also revealed in her responses to the interrogatories that she had discussions with Pagliano concerning a group called Platte River Networks, then being considered as the private company to take over servicing the Clinton email system:”
“In and or around Summer or Fall 2014, when we were seeking to gather Secretary Clinton’s emails to provide those that were work-related to the Department of State. As I recall, these discussions involved whether Platte River Networks would have the technical capacity and be the appropriate source from which to gather Secretary Clinton’s email from the clintonemail.com system.”
Acquiring IT services from Platte River Networks to service Hillary Clinton’s unprotected email servers would have been another serious violation against the United States National Security laws, rules, and regulations. Knowingly that all those working and connected to Hillary Clinton including herself were aware of the crimes behind the email scandal and knew the seriousness of these crimes. People like Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Nora Toiv, Douglas Bland, Bryan Pagliano, Sidney Blumenthal, and many more. This also proves that Hillary Clinton was fully aware of her unsecured clintonemail.com system that was not fully secured with firewall and spyware software protection. Calling this a “Mistake” undermines and insults the integrity of the American people and all this information that is surfacing completely negates FBI Director James Comey’s findings calling this “Carelessness”. This is clear intent and malice to commit these crimes and many decent and knowledgeable prosecutors would be more than willing to prosecute this case to the fullest; that being putting those all associated with the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation in jail.
Those who were involved to piece together a hodgepodge unsecured server were also fully aware that the system did not have adequate firewall protection and spyware software to protects it’s contents. The contents being those thousands of top secret national security classified documents and the emails that would serve to prove the criminal intent and activity consistently feeding the Clinton Foundation charity fraud scheme against the Charity Fraud Solicitation Law.
The disclosing of these recent interrogatories, Cheryl Mills referring to a hacker named “Guccifier” that hacked Sidney Blumenthal’s unsecured private server could very well be the missing link. The 33,000 emails Hillary Clinton deleted remained in Sidney Blumenthal’s server as copies. Emails ready to be exposed and break this case wide open.
These recent findings also fully implicate Hillary Clinton’s involvement and her awareness and knowledge regarding the serious implications they faced when Sidney Blumenthal’s privater server was hacked. She wasn’t thinking about the top secret classified documents but the 33,000 emails that proved her criminal activity as she said to Huma Abedin, her Deputy Chief of Staff then “I don’t want the private to be accessible”. Her priority to the private emails and not the top secret national security documents.
This “Guccifer” hacker may very well be sitting on a mountain of information and may use this to blackmail the Clintons or expose this criminal case. We wait…

The fact remains that none of this is a settled or a closed case even if the FBI Director James Comey and Department of Justice Director Loretta Lynch have decided to close this case because the major pieces of the remaining case are still being exposed to us on a weekly bases.
