About Natalie Keshing
Good Morning NatsWritings Readers, I hope everyone is feeling happy and energetic to go forward, conquer and seize the day.
Going forward with all the momentum in this years election, lots of interesting events have transpired. Twenty three days left and I have to say I am looking forward to it, but not anymore than the Republican and Democratic Nominees in this year’s astonishing race for the President of the United States of America.
As a citizen, I don’t think I have ever been prouder and understood more the meaning of our freedom and how that has affected and shaped every citizen’s life here in the United States. So with that said, it behooves us to find our purpose and contribute for the better of society all around the world.
By the same token, in contrast to our freedom, there are people all around the world that are still fighting for their freedom and paying with the price of their lives, as our own military men are now in the Middle East fighting terrorism now at a global scale and threat.
The United States; I think about that word ‘United’ as we have all evolved together in this world and not just in the United States. The world has changed significantly in the last century from 1916 to 2016. Before automobiles, planes and trains, oil wasn’t the largest commodity for our needs. But after the invention of our four mobile transportation methods, oil became the number one commodity and every country in this world needed oil and gas to commute to our jobs, go places, vacation and travel on land, air and sea.
Along the way, we made some very significant advances in medicine that literally extended many people’s lives. I’m one of those lucky and fortunate people who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 and I did go through chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery to continue to live. That wasn’t my first brush with a life threatening illness, it was one among three. But all those challenges led me right to you at NatsWritings.com and of course social media opened our minds and our world.
No one could have predicted that the founders Bill and Hillary Clinton of the Clinton Foundation would have center stage in this election 2016. In 2009, Hillary Clinton made an agreement in a memorandum of understanding with President Obama that the Clintons would disclose their donors and donations made to the Clinton Foundation. Many were concerned regarding the high potential of a conflict of interest. That someone could turn around and sell power, title, and influence for money.
That concern now turned into a high profile investigation, that still has yet to be discussed and exposed to most of the American public by mainstream media. The Clinton Foundation has extended it’s insidious tentacles all across the world and even more damaging in our government, law enforcement entities and our military.
We as citizens of the United States we depend on our government to practice and govern in an ethical fashion, arresting and prosecuting those who break the laws of the United States Constitution. Law enforcement in the Department of Justice, US Attorney General and the FBI are given the task to implement our governing rules, laws and regulations. To make sure that no one, NO ONE! is above the law. In this year’s election, Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee, is proving to be the biggest formidable challenge who violated Title 18, Espionage law 793F and the Charity Fraud Solicitation law.
From Judicial Watch, Chris Farrell, Director of Investigation and Research said the following, “There are long term impacts. I think the public really needs to appreciate, the grave danger Mrs. Clinton has placed the United States in. Twenty Two (22) top secret SCI messages or emails went across Mrs. Clinton’s unsecured server. The fact that that has occurred, puts the United States at grave risk. That’s the definition for compromising top secret material. That is the issue, that is really the focal point of what the FBI should have been looking at and it’s a YES or NO question. It’s not, what did you intent. It’s not, how did you feel about it. It’s not, what were you trying to accomplish. It’s a YES or NO question. Did this event occur? Yes or No.
Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch added, “These promises Hillary Clinton made in terms of her ethics agreement wasn’t just a pro forma. Democrats and Republicans were concerned about it and President Obama demanded it and it was the negotiations with the White House and her condition in being hired. So she scammed not only the American people but Democrats and Republicans and the Senate who voted for her and the President of the United States. We highlighted that we thought it was a scam back in 2009 and we were proven right, but President Obama didn’t listen to our ethics advice then.”
“Let’s highlight the fact that Congress can take the steps that it’s refusing to take, to hold Mrs. Clinton to be accountable on this email scandal. Why isn’t there a contempt citation pending against Mrs. Clinton; now? Why does Congress have to wait for the Department of Justice to do something. If they think she is in contempt of Congress, the way they treated her testimony being incorrect or false and the fact that emails were destroyed after Congress subpoenaed them. Why isn’t Congress holding Mrs. Clinton in contempt? The answer is somewhat obvious, they have an election and they don’t want accountability in the true sense of the word to get in their way of their quest for retaining Congress and I’m talking about the Republican leadership. Congress retains the ability to impeach a federal officer for conduct whether that officer is still in office or not. So they can impeach Mrs. Clinton for misconduct as Secretary of State right now. Tell that to a Republican member of Congress and the general response you get is stunned silence; but it’s true. The sanction would be, this is the way it works in the House is, you impeach the official in the House and that’s kind of an indictment and let’s move to the Senate for a trial. And the result of the Senate trial if there’s a conviction, one of the sanctions could be ineligibility for future public office.”
Peter Schweizer added, “John Kerry, who was Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee during Hillary Clinton’s appointment as Secretary of State, he raised this exact concerns about the conflicts of interest and about the flow of foreign influence. The point becomes, this creates an extremely dangerous precedent that if not dealt with, it is going to have huge implications for the country, just not now, during her tenure as Secretary of State, but going forward.”
