Yesterday on June 12, 2018, on the Tucker Carlson show on FoxNews, Tucker asked Sessions, “A piece of breaking news from Catherine Herridge is out, saying on January 10, 2018, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein went up to the Hill and met with Republican members of the House Intelligence Committee and had a dispute with them and threatened them with a subpoena of their emails and phone records.” This is what one of them said, “I read it as a not so veiled threat to unleash the full prosecutorial power of the state against us.” DOJ has confirmed that something like that did happen. What is that about?”
Sessions said, “Well, I don’t know if they have confirmed that exactly. In fact the FBI Director and Senior Ethics Attorney for the Department of Justice was in the room and that was really a “mischaracterization”of what occurred. And it also indicates there’s been a breakdown of relationships since January and a great deal of progress has been made. We understand in this department that we are accountable to the President and to Congress and we need to be cooperative with them to produce as many documents rationally, legally and properly to produce them and we’ve made tremendous progress in that regard; really.”
Tucker Carlson asked the question once again because Sessions was deliberately evading the question, “Did the Deputy Attorney General threaten to subpoena the emails and phone records of the members of the House Intelligence Committee?”
Sessions said, “Well, I wasn’t in the room and I can’t speak to say what occurred. All I can say, Christopher Wray the Director of the FBI and the Senior Attorney for the Ethics Department (Lee J. Lofthus) under the DOJ was there and he did not see it in that same fashion.”
It’s very clear who are part of the Deep State and continue to cover-up for Obama and Hillary’s criminal syndicate enterprise. DOJ Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, FBI Director Christopher Wray and now a new name added to the List of Corruption, Senior Attorney for the Ethics Department Lee J. Lofthus under the DOJ. This threat is indicative of the possibility these rogue law enforcement agencies are still wiretapping as this criminal enterprise continues to unfold.
