Hillary’s missing 30,000 emails which she pretended to destroy are the gift that keeps on giving to American taxpayers. To confirm everyone connected to her unsecured email server had given in to her pathological greed for a piece of the pie.
It turns out only 3,077 emails of the 650,000 emails discovered on Hillary’s Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin’s husband’s laptop were reviewed by the FBI, contrary to former FBI Director James Comey’s lies to the American public.
NOW, the emails have surfaced once again and there may be more than 650,000 emails. This time from a Chinese owned company located in Washington, DC, maybe just miles away from the FBI, which had hacked Hillary Clinton’s unsecured email server throughout her term as Secretary of State and obtained nearly all her emails. There were two sources! who briefed The Daily Caller on this extremely important discovery.
So the questions are: Can Congress obtain the emails to further investigate? Who is the Chinese Company? Who were the two sources? How many more emails are we potentially looking at? And should this company start to have 24/7 Secret Service protection around the clock?
No one can trust anyone from the DOJ because Rosenstein and Sessions are stonewalling and committing obstruction of justice on a daily basis. Trusting the FBI brass and/or the CIA is probably even worse than the DOJ’s incapability to address a very important investigation that could potentially indict, prosecute and sentence…many.
According to these sources, the Intelligence Community Inspector General warned the FBI of the problem during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State but subsequently failed to act. On numerous occasions, the system administrators had to shut down the unprotected/unsecured email server detecting a breach of security involving bad actors/hackers. Former FBI Director James Comey on July 5, 2016 confirmed there were several bad actors who had breached her server.
Now we know, as maybe we suspected, the Chinese were very successful breaching Hillary Clinton’s famous unsecured email server. The Chinese firm obtained Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications (mishandling classified information) and documents through her email server.
Part of the details of this nefarious act of spying on Hillary’s pay-4-play pattern of illegal criminal behavior goes against Title 18, 793f and 798f of the Espionage Act. The Chinese wrote code that was embedded in the server, which was kept in Clinton’s residence in upstate New York. The residence where fired Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe and his wife and family were neighbors to the Clintons for years.
The code generated an instant “courtesy copy” for nearly all of her emails and forwarded them to the Chinese company according to those sources. The ICIG believed that there was some level of phishing, trying to obtain financial or other confidential information from internet users, typically by sending an email that looks as if it is from a legitimate organization (NOT GOOD). Once they got into the server something was embedded. As the ICIG official said, “The Chinese are notorious for embedding little surprises like this.”
Two officials with the Intelligence Community Inspector General’s office (ICIG) were Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan who met repeatedly with FBI officials to warn them of the Chinese intrusion, according to a former intelligence officer with expertise in cybersecurity issues, who was briefed on the matter. He spoke anonymously, as he was not authorized to publicly address the Chinese’s role with Clinton’s server.
Among those which I’m sure included former FBI Director James Comey and Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe along with who else but Peter Strzok. Strzok was then the bureau’s top counterintelligence official working very closely with former CIA Director John Brennan regarding the Iran Nuclear Deal involving former President Obama.
In a Judiciary Committee hearing the ICIG officials told Strzok and three other top FBI officials that they found an “anomaly” on Clinton’s server. The discovery of the anomaly was pretty early in 2015.
To complicate things further the ICIG investigated further and they found in the actual metadata which is the data at the header and footer of all the emails, a ‘courtesy copy’ was being sent to a third party and that third party was a known Chinese public company that was involved in collecting intelligence for China.
They do know the name of company and there are indications there are other ‘cutouts’, trusted intermediary parties between two espionage agencies that were involved. A government official shared that the Chinese state-owned firm linked to the hacking operates in Washington’s northern Virginia suburbs. The company that penetrated Hillary’s emails server was not a technology firm and it served as a “front group” for the Chinese government. The Fairfax and Loudoun county governments said 13 state-owned Chinese companies operate in the area and three were not technology oriented so that leaves 9 companies; one being the possibility.
Fairfax County Economic Development Authority communications manager Seth Livingston said that all of the nine firms operating in the county were there in 2009 when Clinton began as Secretary of State. The Department of State Inspector General Steven A. Linick and then ICIG Charles McClullough III scrutinized Hillary’s unsecured server in 2015. McCullough told Congress in July 2015 that her emails contained classified material.
Two IGs asked the Department of Justice to investigate whether the classified information was compromised, according to a July 23, 2015, New York Times report based on unnamed senior government officials.
Finally, the FBI issued a referral to the Justice Department in July 2015. The bureau warned that classified information may have been disclosed to a foreign power or to one of its agents. This indicates that Comey, McCabe, Strzok, 3 FBI officials, ICIG’s Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, Seth Livingston, IG Steven A. Linick and ICIG Charles McClullough knew at this time the severity of the matter and all were dumbfounded to proceed because of the potential risk of opening once again a can of worms exposing the Deep State and those at the top of the echelon.
And most troubling implicating former President Obama was that he used an undisclosed pseudonym to communicate with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on her private unsecured email server. This exchange strongly suggests Clinton and the former President knowingly discussed classified material in an unclassified setting and hence broke the laws Title 18, 793f and 798f of the Espionage Act.
Obama not only engaged in the same type of misconduct Hillary Clinton did; he engaged in it with Clinton.
Huma Abedin when asked about a certain document with a particular pseudonym name, she claimed she didn’t recognize the name. She knew, apparently trying to protect his identity, Abedin asked her interrogators if she could keep a copy of the email. Abedin knew an insurance policy when she saw one. If Obama himself had been e-mailing over a non-government, non-secure system, then everyone else who had been doing it had a get out of jail free card.
In Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report, it indicated that President Obama was one of a select handful of individuals who had “direct contact” with Hillary Clinton on her private email account. In a footnote, the DOJ watchdog notes that “FBI analysts and Prosecutor 2 told us that former President Barack Obama was one of the 13 individuals with whom Clinton had direct contact using her clintonemail.com account.
And of course, the real and usual subject matter President Obama and Hillary Clinton discussed on those emails was who donated how much, from where and for what favor in the play-4-play deals that some say amounted to trillions of dollars.
Not to mention Hillary bragged that her unsecured email server was common knowledge to at least 300 other people. Well, some of those people are included in the List of Corruption. Many names come from the top of my head, like Obama, Jarrett, Rice, Rosenstein, Sessions, Mueller, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Holder, Lynch, Podesta, Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Edward Sullivan…to the 300.
Then the FBI headquarters Counterespionage Section opened a full investigation based on specific articulated facts provided by an 811 referral from the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, dated July 6, 2015 regarding the potential compromise of classified information. An 811 referral informs the FBI of classified information that was potentially released to a foreign power or agent of a foreign power. The investigation also designated a Sensitive Investigative Matter (SIM) due to a connection to a current public official, political appointee or candidate.
